well mean while, i'm still working on stuff for akon20. i finally pick three characters ot go as!! they're a little different from my first options but i like these just as much.

-Day one: Karin (Naruto Shippuden)
-Day two: Asuka Langley Soryu/school uniform (NGE)
-Day three: Shirly (Code Geass: Lelouch the Rebellion)

I'm updating all the shit on my DA and trying to get my scanner to do its thing. Too bad it's almost as retarded as a half brained monkey on crack. Not joking. Soooo, i should have some new stuff up...eventually. Hopefully soon. I'm also trying to figure out how to make my DA profile look pretty. So if anyone wants to rescue my sanity and tell me how, you'll be my new idol.

WARNING FOR ANY WHO WATCH THIS ANIME—SPOILERS!!!!!

So I was watching this anime called Code Geass and completely fell in love with it. The plot is unlike anything I’ve ever seen and each character has something amazing to bring to the table. The main character, Lelouch, is my favorite. He’s a conflicted character with twisted morals and a pretty fucked up way of “fixing” the world. He’s got quite a few women after him throughout the series. Shirley, Kellen, and C.C. Now my major dilemma is who he ends up with.

First off, Shirley is a sweet girl that he goes to school with. She genuinely loves him and eventually finds out all of his dirty secrets after he kills her father. She still loves him despite her confusion and his horrible deeds. Well he erases her memories and she falls in love with him all over again in the second season R2. Then, she’s killed and Lelouch is forced to see once again how much she ment to him. Shirley is my favorite and I wanted so badly for them to be together. And now it’ll never happen!! –cries hysterically-

Now Kellen, she’s and amazing character, she’s hilarious and loyal to Lelouch to the end. She follows him blindly even though the viewer gets the impression that he’s only using her. She’s my second favorite and the only one I would be ok with being with Lelouch after Shirley. But no, that doesn’t happen. C.C is my least favorite. In fact, that is an understatement. I loathe her character with everything that I am. Everytime I see her I wanna throw up and ever time I see her and Lelouch together, I want to kill myself. (That is my excessive way of exaggerating, please don’t think I’m that extreme about a little anime. -_____-;; ) Anyway, I hate her. A lot. And what happens at the end of R2? C.C looses her memories and Lelouch feels responsible, PREPOSES TO HER, and says “Stay with me forever…” WHAT THE FUUUUUUUCK!?!?!?!

DDDDx I hate everything…..I’m never watching Code Geass again….

Ok!! So the most exciting realization came to me today while I was at work. I was sitting around, typing up some shit and filing some Invoice reports and all of a sudden I was hit with flashes of the future Akon 20. Now I was unfortunately unable to attend Akon 19, but I was there for Akon 17 and 18. I still to this day can’t decide why I’m so drawn to this annual, three day event. Maybe it’s because it’s America’s largest anime convention and the world’s longest running. Or maybe it’s because its three days of non stop anime and Japanese oriented fun. But I thint it’s probably the super cheap Pocky.

Anyway, for Akon 20 I’m going with my best friend Kristen and my sister Brittney. Probably along with other friends, like Amy, Matt and Rachael. We’ll stay at the Hotel; it was the Adam’s Mark Hotel until last year until it was bought out by God only knows who. I’m thinking I would like to Cosplay this year. One character per day. So three characters… I just can’t decide who. I’m pretty settled on Lightning, the female lead character in the new FF coming out soon, Final Fantasy XIII. I would also like to see myself as Shirley from Code Geass. For the last day, I still can’t decide…

Haha, I’m not too sure why I got all worked up over this, but Akon really gets me excited. I love the planning process (picking the characters you want to go as, figuring out what size hotel room you want and who you’re going with, how much everone’s gotta pay, getting the driving arrangements settled) it sounds like a lot, but I really enjoy it. I always have an amazing time when I got, and it ALWAYS gets my blood rushing. Since I didn’t get to go this year, I suppose I’ve got all this Akon energy that never got released. Then when I thought about next year’s plans it all just exploded. Well, if anyone’s got any ideas for who I should go as on the third day, let me know!! I could use the help. ;
